    The company has improved over the past several years. This company is a great place to work. The benefits are good and the pay is reasonable. Management supports the staff and manages operations in an ethical manner. The patients are well cared for. I am then proud of the quality care the VNA And then Cal lets united states of america provide to the patients.

    Hours can be long due to the nursing shortage. However, the visitor is ever adept about recruiting for staff.

    The clients I got to take care of were always overnice and the families were great. I rarely had whatsoever problems.

    Cons

    The people in the function are relentless when it comes to trying to become you to accept a job. It doesn't seem to thing to them if you have to drive 3 miles or 30 miles. They guilt trip y'all into taking clients, even after you tell them you can't. If you have a full time task and use this identify as a second job, beware. They would telephone call me early in the morning time when I was still asleep (I worked nights at my full fourth dimension chore) and they'd call me while I was at work. They'll call y'all 8 or 9 times and then text you if yous don't become back to them correct abroad.

    Great team work, flexible schedule, minimal on phone call or weekend shifts, manageable case loads make it easy to be highly productive while giving excellent care. Ray Vick the director empowers the staff without micromanaging. Being able to provide fantabulous care to patients knowing direction thinks of the patient first and not the bottom dollar.

    Cons

    Pay scale seems depression. Veteran staff feel raises are slow in coming with poor recognition from CEO on meeting goals and providing excellent care. I take nonetheless to exist employed a year to voice an opinion on this.

    In my opinion, direction has been very off-white and supportive. They recognize people when they work hard and they also recognize individuals that exercise non. The work surround feels like family. People do not mind if you need help. Pay is good and also VNA is non profit so they allow more than opportunities to help patients and families.

    Cons

    There take been some lay offs due to changes in company and contracts. Some skillful people were let go. However SOME of the individuals they have let become appeared to be the ones that were not doing their job well.

    Good benefits for full time employees, have a lot of patient referrals, provide nurses with supplies needed in patient care, good pay.

    Cons

    Just keeps accepting patients even when there is non plenty staff/nurses to cover the need/demand, too wide of coverage are, high patient acuity. No room for professional growth, quick turn over considering staff overwhelmed with schedule or patient assignments.

    Afterward many years with the company over 5yrs i only got a 2% raise. Due to depression hourly wage I don't feel valued for what I practise. I have to piece of work overtime to make what others merely entering are making. Information technology's a nonprofit company with by budgeting issues. Even mileage is less than IRS average. I just desire a fair wage. Maybe information technology'southward time to go!
